GRANGE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION – APPLICATION FOR A GRANT
(PLEASE NOTE THAT THE MAXIMUM GRANT WILL BE £5,000 PER APPLICATION)
To all applicants for grants - please complete this form and attach the necessary extra pages (as requested in the Application Form) and send the completed packs to The Treasurer, Grange Community Association, c/o Goodale Mardle, Greens Court, West Street. Midhurst, GU29 9NQ.
Applications are review three times a year and the closing dates for each review are as follows:
31st january for consideration during February.
31st May for considerantion during June.
30th September for consideration during October.
All applicants will be contacted during the meeting to advise them of the Trustees decision.
Grants will not be made to assist with running (or revenue) costs but are designed to help with capital and investment costs.
“Capital and investment costs” is expenduture on the acquisition of something (an asset) which will last for some years. The Accounting Standard (FRS 15) defines capital assets as “assets that have physical substance and are held … for use on a continuing basis”.
Grant decisions are made at the absolute discretion of the Trustees.
